delivery and returns

UK delivery: We despatch in stock items by Royal Mail 1st Class post within three working days of receiving your order. Normal delivery may take up to 5 working days. If we are out of stock on an item or the item is bespoke, delivery could take up to 28 days. We will keep you informed if delivery is likely to take more than 5 working days. If your order is urgent please let us know by emailing sam@happy-camping.co.uk and we will try our best to meet any deadlines.

UK post and packing charges:

£5.95 up to £30 order value.
£6.95 for order values above £30.
Returns are free in theUK

Next day delivery: If you just cannot wait for your order we will send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service will guarantee delivery by 1pm the day after you place your order, provided we receive your order before 2pm Monday-Thursday. (It generally works for orders placed on a Friday, but we cannot guarantee this). You will need to give us a delivery address where someone will be in to receive your parcel, e.g. your work address, a friend or neighbour, etc.

Mailing overseas: We are able to send most items overseas using Royal Mail International signed for service. Please enquire and we will give you a quote for postage, and confirm if the item can be mailed, call +44 (0)1837 659599 or email sam@happy-camping.co.uk for further details.

Returns: Please fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice, enclose the returns form with the parcel, and return it to us. You will need to obtain a certificate of posting which is available free from any Post Office. We will refund the cost of the postage to you by either credit or debit card or with a cheque. This service does not apply to overseas customers.
