Payment
We can take your payment by either credit or debit card (not American Express) or by cheques made payable to Happy Camping. Please write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of your cheque. If you are paying by cheque, your order will be despatched within 5 working days of receipt.
Returns Policy
You can return your order unused within 28 days of receipt if you are not happy with the product. We will provide either a full refund or exchange or credit your account.
To return an item;
- Fill out the returns form sent with your original parcel.
- Tell us whether you would like an exchange, refund or credit note.
- Package up the item, and post it to us, ensuring you get a proof of postage certificate from the Post Office (these are free).
- We will write to confirm your return has been processed.
- You will receive your refund via credit or debit card, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) and including the cost of the return postage, within two or three weeks after you post the goods back to us.
The legal stuff: If you return any item within 28 days this will be understood to be a cancellation of your order or part thereof. Goods are supplied to you on approval and shall remain ours until the 28 day post-delivery period has ended. Goods must be returned to us within the 28 day period.

Happy Camping is a trading name of Peter O’Connor, whose trading address is Highlands, Old Road, High Street, Okehampton, EX20 1SP.
Happy Camping’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of goods supplied by Happy Camping to the customer.
Happy Camping shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
Happy Camping cannot accept liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the website or supplied with the product.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
